Software Engineer Angular

Role Overview:

As an Angular Developer at Empowered Margins, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable front-end applications that support our enterprise-grade insurance automation platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Angular and modern JavaScript technologies, along with strong UI/UX awareness and the ability to integrate seamlessly with backend systems. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build responsive, efficient, and AI-enabled user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain complex front-end modules using Angular (v12+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state-management libraries (NgRx/Behavior Subjects).
- Build responsive and highly interactive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and Angular Material.
- Integrate front-end components with REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
- Optimize application performance, including lazy loading, caching, and change detection strategies.
- Implement reusable UI components, shared modules, and front-end architecture aligned with best practices.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to translate wireframes into functional interfaces with pixel-perfect precision.
- Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to ensure high-quality,



stable application releases.
- Leverage AI and LLMs to build AI-assisted front-end workflows and intelligent UI components.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end frameworks, tools, and performance optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in front-end development with a solid focus on Angular.
- Proficient in Angular (12+), TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, RxJS, and NgRx (or equivalent state management).
- Experience with UI technologies: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, Angular Material, Tailwind.
- Strong experience consuming REST APIs and integrating with backend systems.
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture, MVC/MVVM patterns, and front-end security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
- Familiarity with Node.js and basic backend understanding is a plus.
- Knowledge of visualization frameworks (e.g., Power BI, Chart.js, D3.js) is an advantage.
- Experience with AI-driven front-end development or prompt-based tools is a plus.
