Restaurant Manager - Delhi/ NCR

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager having experience of 5 to 10 years on the relevant field and from the hospitality background. The ideal candidate shall possess a keen sense of observation with an ability to drive results, organize daily operations and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service. The candidate should have a keen desire to learn, adapt and grow in the organization. Help to increase profitability.

. Team management, ordering, opening and closing procedures.

· Must have expertise in setting up and following inventory management systems, calculate P&L; at the end of the month

· Maintaining high standards in service and adhering to food safety.

· Handling the entire Restaurant





· Ordering to the kitchen

· Managing the inventory

· Billing

· Taking orders

· Managing online orders

· Managing home deliveries

· Interaction with customers

· Taking feedback from customers

· Driving sales

*Skills Required:

· Robust leadership skills

· Good communication skills

· Fluent English

- Handling clients
- Working on POS

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
B.A/ Diploma in Hospitality, BHM/IHH/HM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
