Job Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain the required repairs and service recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress, additional repairs, and estimated delivery times.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the repair process.
- Explain invoices, completed work, and maintenance recommendations during vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with the Parts and Workshop teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain accurate customer and service records in the dealership management system.




- Achieve service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

- Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering or any relevant qualification.
- Experience in the automobile industry is mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and automotive systems.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership software are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
