We are looking for a proactive and organized Floor Coordinator to oversee daily floor operations, ensure smooth patient flow, coordinate with medical and administrative teams, and deliver an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities on assigned hospital floors.
- Ensure smooth patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Assist patients and attendants with queries and support services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, diagnostic departments, and support staff.
- Monitor patient appointments and minimize waiting times.
- Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain records, reports, and departmental documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
- Support hospital administration during emergencies and special situations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
