Job Title: International Email Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused International Email Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written English communication skills and experience handling customer queries through email while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate and effective solutions.
- Handle international customer communications while maintaining quality standards.
- Investigate customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Email Support or International Customer Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Robust grammar, typing, and email etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/Ticketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting international customers (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.

Salary

- As per company standards and based on experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
