Job Title: Production Engineer – Aluminium Facade Manufacturing

Location: Jaipur (Sitapura), Rajasthan

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Engineer to join our Aluminium Facade Manufacturing Plant in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in aluminium facade fabrication and production planning, with strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth manufacturing of aluminium facade products as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Quality, and Stores teams for seamless production.
- Optimize manpower, machines, and materials to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production timelines.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily production reports, production planning, and MIS.
- Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and manufacturing best practices.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,



Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Aluminium Facade Manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication processes, cutting, machining, assembly, and glazing systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and production layouts.
- Positive leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP exposure will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in aluminium facade, curtain wall, ACP, doors & windows, or architectural aluminium systems.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Jaipur-based candidates or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
