- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Robust understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures within customer experience platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application configuration and deployment.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline software development and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
