Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of accounting experience and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support payroll-related accounting activities.




- Perform any other accounts-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in ERP/accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
