Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Process sales, payments, returns, or service requests accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service and operational goals.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors when necessary.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
