Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Plastic Injection Mould Designer with strong expertise in UG NX. The candidate should be capable of independently designing complete plastic injection moulds, preparing manufacturing drawings, and supporting mould development from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design plastic injection moulds using UG NX.
- Develop complete 3D mould assemblies and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Design cooling systems, ejection systems, sliders, lifters, and hot runner moulds.
- Perform DFM analysis and optimize mould designs.
- Ensure designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams during mould development.
- Resolve design issues during manufacturing and mould trials.




- Maintain design documentation and revision history.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in Plastic Injection Mould Design.
- Proficiency in UG NX (Unigraphics/NX).
- Solid knowledge of mould construction and tooling standards.
- Experience in designing cooling, ejection, slider, lifter, and hot runner systems.
- Ability to create accurate 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOM.
- Good understanding of plastic injection moulding processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Profile

- Able to handle complete mould design projects independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent design accuracy.
- Team player with strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in automotive, consumer products, or plastic tooling industries is preferred.
