Site Engineer Responsibilities & Duties

- Supervise daily operations of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Conduct site inspections to assess project needs and conditions
- Coordinate with project managers and construction crews
- Train and mentor team members on waterproofing techniques
- Review project plans and specifications for waterproofing requirements
- Select appropriate waterproofing materials and systems
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Perform quality control checks during and after installation
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience with various applications and materials
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards




- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management software
- Problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Qualification any graduate or equivalent
- Certification in waterproofing or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in waterproofing or construction
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations
