Accounts Associate (Intern / Fresher)

About the Role

Trinité Digital is looking for a motivated and organized Accounts Associate to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in financial management, record keeping, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately
- Assist in preparing bills, vouchers, payment records, and purchase entries
- Organize and manage financial documents and accounting records
- Support day-to-day bookkeeping activities
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account verification processes
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment-related matters
- Help in preparing financial reports and supporting compliance requirements
- Ensure all accounting activities are completed within deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline




- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and financial procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail

Added Advantage

- Knowledge of GST filing and taxation procedures
- Previous internship or experience in accounts/finance (0–2 years)
