Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger posting, accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of loan disbursements, repayments, interest income, processing fees, penalties and other loan-related transactions.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and loan/collection reconciliation.
- Reconcile repayment collections received through bank accounts, payment gateways and other collection channels.
- Monitor and reconcile loan disbursement and repayment data with accounting records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial MIS reports.
- Maintain and reconcile customer/borrower ledgers and outstanding balances.
- Handle GST, TDS and other applicable statutory accounting requirements.
- Assist in preparation of monthly closing, P&L;, balance sheet and other financial statements.
- Track expenses, vendor payments,



employee reimbursements and other financial transactions.
- Coordinate with operations, collections, loan processing and management teams for financial reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial and loan transaction data.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all accounting entries.
- Assist auditors during internal, statutory and financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements and company policies.
- Support management with financial data, analysis and ad-hoc reports whenever required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
