We are looking for a passionate Counter Retail Sales Associate (male or female) to deliver memorable experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome every guest warmly and help them find the perfect timepiece for their style, lifestyle, and budget.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of watch movements, materials, complications, and brand history to enhance the buyer's journey
- Sales & Upselling: Utilize consultative selling techniques to hit or exceed store KPIs, cross-sell accessories (watch straps, winders), and promote special offers.
- Store Operations: Ensure counters, showcases, and displays are neatly maintained, clean, and visually appealing. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory controls, and loss prevention protocols. Keep showcases, counters, and displays clean & secure and visually appealing at all times.
- After-Sales Service:



Handle billing and returns, and assist clients with warranty inquiries, servicing, battery replacements, and repairs. Provide excellent after-sales support, including sizing bracelets, handling battery replacements, and coordinating repairs.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in watch, jeweLlry, or premium retail, or upscale hospitality (e.g., guest relations).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities to foster customer loyalty.
- Presentation: A well groomed skilled (boy or girl) that aligns with the quality and prestige of the timepieces being sold.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
