We are looking for an experienced Voice Process Executive to join our growing team, supporting a dedicated US-based client. This role involves direct interaction with US clients over calls, emails, and documentation. ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing international process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for client servicing
- Manage client documentation and paperwork accurately
- Respond to client emails and text communications professionally
- Maintain high standards of client handling and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in US voice process (customer support or sales)
- Exceptional English communication skills, verbal and written




- Solid client handling and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone alignment)
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage documentation and follow-ups
