Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, distributors, dealers, and channel partners for ongoing retail projects.
- Explain company schemes, promotional programs, and retail initiatives to distributors and dealers, ensuring they understand the advantages, eligibility criteria, and implementation process.
- Promote ongoing marketing campaigns and encourage distributor and dealer participation to maximize business opportunities.
- Follow up on project inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare quotations, project reports, and maintain project documentation.
- Visit project sites, distributor locations,



and dealer outlets whenever required to monitor progress, provide scheme support, and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, dealers, and project stakeholders.
- Handle customer, distributor, and dealer queries and provide timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of project status, scheme implementation, and submit regular MIS reports to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
