Job Title: IT Recruiter – India

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹60,000–₹70,000 per month (₹7.2–₹8.4 LPA), based on experience.
Experience: [1–3] years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in India. You will manage the recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening candidates through interview coordination and offer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks
- Recruit for software development, cloud, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and other IT roles
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews
- Evaluate candidates’ technical experience, communication skills, availability, and salary expectations
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the hiring process
- Help achieve monthly hiring and submission targets

Requirements





- Previous experience in IT or technical recruitment
- Understanding of common technology roles, skills, and terminology
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant-tracking systems
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills
- Positive written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
