Job Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Train students on PLC concepts, Ladder Logic, Wiring, Troubleshooting, Sensors, Actuators, and Control Systems.
- Provide hands-on training using PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, or Omron.
- Teach HMI, SCADA, VFD, and basic industrial communication protocols.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical lab sessions.
- Guide students in real-time automation projects and industry-oriented applications.
- Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews, and placement preparation sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide technical support throughout the training.

Required Skills





- Basic to advanced knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, sensors, and control panels.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, EEE, ECE, or a related engineering discipline.
- Freshers with strong PLC knowledge are also eligible to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
