The DevOps & Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the platform's cloud

infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integration layer. Working under the direction of the onshore Solution

Architect and Integration Lead, this role ensures secure, scalable, and reliable deployments while building and

maintaining Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, Azure API Management (APIM) configurations, and Azure

cloud environments.

The role combines Azure DevOps, infrastructure management, CI/CD automation, Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations,

and Azure integration services to ensure seamless connectivity between the application platform and ERP systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Provision, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure including App Service, Azure SQL, API Management

(APIM), Service Bus, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Key Vault, and Microsoft Entra ID.

 Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (YAML) for frontend, backend, integration, and

data platform components.

 Configure environment branching strategies and manage deployment promotion across Development, Staging,

and Production environments.

 Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration flows, including:

o Scheduled batch integrations

o Event-driven integrations

o Real-time write-back integrations

o Delta/incremental synchronization

 Configure Azure API Management policies including routing, authentication, throttling, and rate limiting.

 Implement integration patterns supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud using REST, SOAP, BICC extracts, FBDI

processes, and ERP integration services.

 Build reconciliation, validation, and data freshness processes between Oracle Fusion Cloud, Azure staging,

Azure SQL, and reporting layers.

 Implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, dead-letter queues, monitoring, alerting, and recovery





procedures for integration workloads.

 Integrate security scanning tools such as Veracode, SonarQube, or equivalent into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring

critical vulnerabilities are resolved before deployment.

 Manage Azure Key Vault including secrets, certificates, API keys, and connection strings.

 Support infrastructure provisioning and environment setup for development, testing, and production teams.

 Monitor pipeline health, deployment success, infrastructure performance, and integration reliability, escalating issues when required.

 Document infrastructure architecture, CI/CD pipelines, integration flows, operational runbooks, and deployment procedures for client handover.

 Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-go-live operations.

 Utilize AI-powered tools to improve infrastructure automation, integration development, documentation, and security remediation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Integration Engineering, or similar roles.

 Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including:

o Azure App Service

o Azure SQL

o Azure API Management (APIM)

o Azure Service Bus

o Azure Data Lake

o Azure Synapse Analytics

o Azure Key Vault

o Microsoft Entra ID

 Robust experience with Azure DevOps including:

o YAML pipelines

o CI/CD implementation

o Branching strategies

o Release management

o Environment management

 Hands-on experience building Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.





 Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud using REST APIs, SOAP services, BICC extracts, FBDI

processes, and event-driven architectures.

 Experience implementing scheduled batch processing, incremental/delta loads, reconciliation processes, and

data synchronization.

 Strong SQL skills for validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and data quality verification.

 Experience with Azure API Management, API Gateway implementation, and API security.

 Experience integrating security scanning tools (Veracode, SonarQube, or similar) into CI/CD pipelines.

 Strong understanding of Azure Key Vault, secrets management, and certificate lifecycle management.

 Experience supporting multiple environments with controlled deployment and release governance.

 Familiarity with asynchronous messaging using Azure Service Bus or similar technologies.

 Experience using AI tools to improve DevOps automation, infrastructure-as-code generation, integration

development, and documentation.

 Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with

distributed onshore and offshore teams.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

 Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer) or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator).

 Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates).

 Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM, Financials, SCM, or HCM modules.

 Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Synapse Pipelines.

 Experience supporting production infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and operational runbooks.

 Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification is an advantage.

 Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migration, ERP integration, and hybrid cloud environments.
