Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as State Head (West Bengal) in the agri-input sector.

- Drive sales growth across major agricultural markets of West Bengal.
- Develop, manage, and expand dealer & distributor networks.
- Appoint, Lead, guide and monitor the state sales team and execute state-level marketing & promotional activities.
- Oversee branch operations, budgeting, forecasting & achieve monthly/annual targets.
