Employment Type: Full-timeWhat You’ll Do:End-to-End MIS Management: Oversee the design, development, and timely delivery of comprehensive MIS reports and business dashboards.Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivots, complex formulas, data modeling) to analyze trends and present data-driven narratives to senior management.Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central bridge between various departments to gather data, streamline reporting workflows,



and ensure data integrity.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate existing reporting structures to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.What We Are Looking For:6–8 years of solid experience in MIS preparation, report management, and data analysis.Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel (Macros/VBA, Power Query, and advanced formulas are a massive plus).Strong team coordination and communication skills—you can talk to tech teams and business stakeholders with equal ease.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving mindset.
