Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to generate B2B leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0.6-5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (Freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
