Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Department: Engineering / Production

Education Required: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Production & Operations: Oversee daily mechanical operations, machinery setup, and production workflows to ensure minimum downtime.
- Maintenance & Repair: Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical failures, and manage equipment repairs.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect mechanical components, assemblies, and finished products against technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in manufacturing and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to boost efficiency.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain production logs, inspection reports, and equipment maintenance schedules.





Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of mechanical systems, machine design, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; symbols.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Gauges).
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a shop-floor environment.
