Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of solar projects across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar project execution, strong coordination skills, and the ability to efficiently manage site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day solar project installation and execution activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor workforce productivity and maintain site discipline.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
- Track material requirements and coordinate site logistics effectively.
- Prepare daily progress reports and provide timely updates to management.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues, escalating critical concerns when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience





- Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Solar Project Execution or Solar Installation (Mandatory).
- Basic understanding of Solar PV systems, module mounting structures, and electrical connections.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings, layouts, and installation plans.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- Prior experience in solar project execution is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

- Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards in solar installations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
