Function: Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) / Assurance / Audit

Reports to: Audit Manager / GRC Program Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting audit delivery across ISO management system standards, SOC 2, and related frameworks;
- Assisting with evidence gathering, control testing, documentation review, and preparation of audit working papers;
- Conducting research on relevant standards, regulations, and industry practices;
- Drafting audit findings, reports, and supporting deliverables under the supervision of senior auditors;
- Coordinating with clients for scheduling, information requests, and engagement logistics;
- Maintaining engagement records, trackers, and internal documentation in accordance with Company processes;
- Contributing to the internal knowledge base and to continual improvement initiatives; and
- Performing such other duties reasonably related to the role as may be assigned by your reporting manager from time to time.

Key Requirements

- Bachelors/ Masters degree in relevant disciplines (Engineering,



Cybersecurity Computer Science); ISO Lead Auditor certification 27001 preferred
- Work experience spanning from 0- 6 years
- Prior experience supporting audits ISO management systems, SOC 2, or related frameworks in a certification body, consulting, or compliance rol
- Ability to gather evidence, test controls, and review documentation with strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, with ability to independently research updates
- Robust written communication for drafting findings, reports, and audit deliverables
- Comfortable working under supervision of senior auditors, incorporating review feedback
- Good client coordination skills scheduling, information requests, engagement logistics
- Organized and process-driven able to maintain engagement records, trackers, and internal documentation accurately

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
