1. Senior Business Executive Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand membership base of the Nidhi Company.
- Mobilize deposits such as FD, RD, and savings schemes from members.
- Promote loan products such as jewel loan, mortgage loan, and other schemes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new members.
- Guide and support Junior Business Executives in achieving business targets.
- Monitor loan recovery and follow up with members for repayments.
- Identify recent business opportunities and market potential.
- Submit daily and monthly business reports to the Branch Manager.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline preferred).
- 2–5 years experience in Nidhi Company / NBFC / Banking / Financial services.

2. Junior Business Executive Key Responsibilities

- Support branch in deposit collection and member enrollment.
- Promote company savings schemes and loan products.
- Maintain contact with existing members and attract new members.
- Assist in loan documentation and application collection.
- Follow up for loan repayment and interest collection.
- Maintain member records and daily field reports.
- Assist the Senior Business Executive and Branch Manager in business activities.
