Job description:

Seeking an ambitious and resourceful Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team supporting clients in North America. This position is well-suited for both freshers and experienced professionals eager to establish or expand their expertise in global recruitment.

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between exceptional candidates and our esteemed clients, driving end-to-end recruitment activities while gaining unparalleled exposure to international hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand talent requirements and role specifications.
- Leverage job boards, professional networks, and databases to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ensure seamless use of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks,



and best practices within the U.S. and Canadian recruitment landscape.

Requirements:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT recruitment).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Noida, Delhi NCR.
- Open to working in North American time zones (night shifts as required).

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with U.S. staffing or RPO or Canadian recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
