About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible CRM Executive to join our team in the Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and CRM data
- Coordinate with the Sales and Project Teams
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Prepare reports and update customer information
- Ensure timely communication with clients
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Office / Excel knowledge
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
