Job Description: Nyxgen IT is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Email Marketing & Cold Outreach Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute cold email campaigns.
- Build and manage targeted email lists.
- Write and optimize high-converting cold emails.
- Monitor campaign performance, open rates, and reply rates.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain email deliverability and follow best practices.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize conversions.

Requirements:

- Experience with cold email outreach and lead generation.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement,



and campaign optimization.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
