Position: Sales Coordinator (In-House) - F
Location: Cochin
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Experience: 2–3 years in Sales Coordination/Sales Support/Sales Administration
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team.
* Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
* Follow up on enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Logistics, and Accounts.
* Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and CRM/ERP updates.
* Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication.
Requirements
* Fluency in English & Hindi (Mandatory).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* ERP/CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
