We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to

manage online campaigns, enhance digital presence, and support fundraising and

awareness initiatives. The role involves working closely with content and design

teams to create impactful campaigns and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management & Execution (35%)

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Support fundraising and awareness campaigns digitally
- Manage paid and organic campaign activities

2. Content & Creative Coordination (25%)

- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
- Maintain consistency in messaging and branding

3. Social Media Management (20%)

- Manage and grow social mediaplatforms
- Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interaction

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking (10%)

- Track campaign performance and key metrics
- Generate reports and optimize strategies

5. Trend Research & Innovation (10%)

- Stay updated with digital trends and tools




- Suggest new campaign ideas and improvements

Candidate Specification- Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience:

- 1–3 years in digital marketing or related field

Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of social media marketing and campaign execution
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM
- Familiarity with tools like Canva and analytics platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
