NTE India Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted provider of waterproofing and construction repair solutions, delivering high-quality services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and Income Tax working and coordinate timely statutory filings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Process project-related invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and petty cash records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and financial documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial planning for ongoing projects.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction, waterproofing, contracting, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in project accounting and contractor billing.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
