Job Description

- Develop tooling concepts, 3D models and assembly layouts using CAD software

- Perform structural sizing, calculations, and stress validation for lifting and handling tools.

- Apply GD&T; principles, conduct tolerance stack-up analyses, and design high-precision interfaces for large assembly systems.

- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings,



bills of materials (BOMs), and process documentation.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, and safety standards.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for CE marking, including design reports, risk and hazard assessments, technical files, declarations of conformity, operation manuals, maintenance procedures, and FAT/SAT protocols.

7. Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for the selection and validation of components and subsystems such as drives and gearboxes
