Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fabric Merchandisers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, production, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely development and delivery of fabric orders. Fresh graduates with a passion for textiles are encouraged to apply, while experienced candidates will be given opportunities to handle key customer accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate customer enquiries, fabric developments, sampling, and bulk orders.
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and customer correspondence.
- Follow up with knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, and quality teams to ensure on-time execution.
- Track production timelines and proactively resolve delays.
- Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, approvals, and bulk production.
- Maintain order status reports and update customers regularly.
- Work closely with sourcing and planning teams for raw material availability.
- Ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate shipment readiness and documentation with the logistics team.
- Build strong relationships with domestic and international customers.

EligibilityFreshers





- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Apparel Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of knitted fabrics is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the textile industry.

Experienced Candidates

- 2–8 years of experience in fabric merchandising, textile merchandising, or apparel merchandising.
- Experience in knitted fabric manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fabric development, dyeing, printing, finishing, and production processes.
- Experience handling export customers and international brands is an advantage.
- Good negotiation, planning, and customer management skills.

- Day Shift
- Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
