About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho ERP and a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Zoho ERP.

● Maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

● Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

● Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

● Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

● Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.

● Handle GST calculations, return filings, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance.

● Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies.

● Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

● Monitor expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.





● Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Required Skills

● Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.

● Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

● Robust understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

● Familiarity with bank reconciliations and ledger management.

● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.

● MBA (Finance) or M.Com is an added advantage.

● 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

● Experience working with Zoho ERP/Zoho Books is required.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in a fintech, technology, or startup environment.

● Knowledge of payroll processing and reimbursement management.

● Familiarity with financial audits and compliance documentation.
