We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead the hospital's marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare marketing, patient acquisition, branding, referral management, and strategic partnerships to drive the hospital's growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and hospital revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs, and insurance companies.
- Plan and implement branding, promotional campaigns, health camps, and community outreach programs.
- Lead digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital's visibility.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage the marketing team and monitor campaign performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for promotional activities.
- Prepare marketing budgets, reports, and performance analysis.




- Ensure achievement of patient acquisition and business growth targets.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing or Healthcare Marketing will be an advantage.

Experience

- 6+ years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing.
- Proven experience in business development, referral marketing, and hospital branding.
- Robust network within the healthcare industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
