Job Summary

Mista Infra Pvt Ltd is a fast growing construction company with a focus to build high-rise integrated living spaces of commercial and residential facilities. We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our QA/QC team.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

- Supervise daily civil construction activities such as RCC works, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Allocate tasks to masons, carpenters, bar benders, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and method statements.
- Coordinate floor-wise and sequence-wise execution in high-rise structures.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering alignment, level, plumb, and concrete quality before and after pours.
- Report quality issues to the Site Engineer / Project Engineer.

Safety & Compliance

- Enforce site safety rules, PPE usage, and protected work practices.
- Monitor work at heights, scaffolding, lifting operations, and material handling.
- Support compliance with labour laws, safety audits, and site regulations.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Surveyors, QA/QC,



Safety Officers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, and material usage records.
- Assist engineers in planning daily and weekly work targets.

Material & Resource Management

- Monitor proper usage of materials to minimize wastage.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and shuttering systems at the work front.
- Guide workers on correct construction techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of RCC construction and high-rise building practices
- Good leadership and labour-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
- Problem-solving and on-site decision-making ability

Qualifications

- Normal degree/Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Experience

- 10 to 15 years of experience in high-rise building construction
- Experience in multi-storey RCC structures is mandatory

Working Conditions

- Full-time, site-based role
- Willingness to work extended hours and shifts as per project requirements
