Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Handle execution of excavation, PCC, RCC, foundations, pedestals, structural works, masonry, plastering, industrial flooring, roads, drains, and other civil works.
- Check shuttering, reinforcement, line, level, dimensions, cover, laps, embedded items, sleeves, inserts, and anchor bolts before concreting.
- Plan and supervise concrete pours, vibration, finishing, curing, and related quality requirements.
- Plan daily work activities and ensure availability of manpower, materials, machinery, and explicit work fronts.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, foremen, and labour teams to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and immediately highlight delays, constraints, or material shortages.
- Ensure quality of work as per approved drawings, specifications,



and standard construction practices.
- Coordinate inspections, concrete cube testing, material testing, and maintain necessary site records.
- Check and record measurements of executed work for subcontractor billing and quantity verification.
- Minimize rework, material wastage, and execution errors through proper planning and supervision.
- Report daily progress, constraints, and upcoming requirements to the Project Manager / Construction Manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–10 years in civil construction and site execution
- Experience in industrial projects, distillery plants, factories, process plants, warehouses, or large RCC projects will be preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
