Job Title: MEP Engineer – Training & MEP Project Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic MEP Engineer to deliver high-quality training and provide hands-on project support in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering domains. The candidate will mentor students, guide real-time project execution, and ensure industry-standard learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:Training & Academic Delivery

- Conduct training sessions on MEP design, drafting, and relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Dialux, etc.).
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, training manuals, and assessment modules.
- Provide academic mentorship, clarify technical concepts, and improve student engagement.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and project reviews.
- Ensure course delivery follows industry-standard quality and safety guidelines.

Project Support

- Guide students in executing real-time MEP projects including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire-fighting systems.
- Support technical documentation including load calculations, system design, BOQ preparation, and drawings.
- Collaborate with industry professionals and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects meet compliance standards, codes, and regulations.





Technical Expertise & Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated with latest MEP technologies, tools, and market trends.
- Provide recommendations to upgrade training methodologies and lab infrastructure.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on demonstrations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (MEP specialization preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of MEP industry or teaching experience.
- Proficiency in MEP software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Dialux, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks & fire safety designs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training batches and project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in onsite project execution or consultancy services.
- Professional certifications related to MEP systems/software.
- Knowledge of national/international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NBC, IEC, etc.)
