- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in construction machineries sale and rental.
- Sales and Business Development: Proven abilities in sales strategies, lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting sales targets.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to foster client trust and collaboration.
- Analytical Thinking and Market Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and leveraging data to make informed decisions.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading sales teams, providing guidance, and motivating team members towards achieving goals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a competitive and dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 + TA + DA + Attractive Commission
