Job Description:
Analyze and test recent products or innovations based on customer sample file specifications (dimensions, colors, materials, printing combinations, and finishing processes)

Verify information from submitted by the Sales department

Create product estimations using the system to ensure alignment with customer specifications and production efficiency

Generate product IDs for new and modified products, including end-of-life tagging for obsolete entries in the system

Provide product specification suggestions and recommendations to customers

Prepare Prepress Instructions (PI) for the Prepress department

Coordinate with relevant divisions during preparation, execution, and analysis phases of product or innovation trials

Document and compile trial results

Conduct analysis and discussions with related departments to find alternative solutions if trial results do not meet expectations





Coordinate with the Sales department regarding finalized and approved samples

Achieve key performance indicator (KPI) targets as assigned

Requirement :
Minimum education D3, preferably in Graphic Arts / Engineering.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to analyze customer needs and create product specifications.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop.

Understands prepress processes.

Has knowledge of product characteristics in the printing & packaging industry.

Possesses basic understanding of label production processes.

Familiarity with systems such as ERP is an added value.

Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate across divisions.

Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
