The Service Engineer is the front-line field representative of Orange O Tech Pvt. Ltd.'s after-sales function — responsible for attending assigned service calls, diagnosing and resolving machine faults, documenting all work accurately, and ensuring every customer site visit ends with a functional machine, a signed service report, and a satisfied customer. Operating as part of a 75-member field service engineer team within a ₹350+ Crore printing machinery and B2B technology enterprise, this role executes service calls assigned by the CRM team, communicates spare parts requirements through designated WhatsApp groups,



and resolves machine faults within defined time limits — ensuring Orange O Tech's installed base of customers experiences minimal downtime and consistent service quality. The Service Engineer works under the close guidance of the Deputy Manager and develops hands-on technical expertise across Orange O Tech's range of printing machinery, building towards senior-level field service independence. Every service call attended, every report submitted, and every customer interaction directly impacts Orange O Tech's after-sales reputation and customer retention

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
