Job Overview: As a Junior Baker, you will produce high-quality bakery goods with skills in baking, measurement, and food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce bakery products consistently following recipes
- Operate and maintain industrial baking equipment
- Conduct inventory checks and manage supplies
- Ensure proper product storage and packaging
- Maintain sanitation standards in bakery area
- Participate in production meetings and process improvement
- Plan mise-en-place for timely execution of tasks
Requirements
- Diploma in Bakery or related field
- Industrial training in bakery operations
- 1-3 years hands-on bakery experience
- Experience with industrial equipment
- Understanding of measurement systems
- Ability to handle high-temperature conditions
