Job Overview

We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage paid marketing campaigns while building our brand presence across digital platforms. If you're passionate about lead generation, content creation, and social media, we'd love to hear from you.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for international markets (US, UK, UAE, Europe, etc.).
- Generate high-quality leads through paid campaigns.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with designers to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns (preferred).

Social Media & Content

- Manage the company's LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form video content.
- Write compelling captions and maintain consistent brand messaging.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends.

Branding

- Be comfortable appearing on camera as the face of the company for promotional, recruitment, and branding content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns and brand content.

CRM & Lead Management

- Manage and track leads using HubSpot CRM (preferred).
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Good understanding of international lead generation and marketing funnels.
- Experience managing social media accounts professionally.
- Robust content creation and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable creating reels and appearing in videos.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and creative thinking skills.
