Product Manager

Company: Rudra Centre
Location: Vidyavihar (W), Mumbai (Work from Office); In Next 6 months – Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end product categories and ensure their overall growth and profitability.
- Identify, source, and onboard new products and vendors.
- Handle product purchasing and procurement activities.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan timely replenishment.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams for successful product launches and promotions.
- Track category performance and recommend strategies to improve sales and margins.





Requirements

- 3-7 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Buying, Procurement, or Merchandising.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/inventory management experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, jewellery, gemstones, luxury, wellness, or spiritual products is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
