- Sales & Business Development: Analyze local market conditions, set financial targets, and develop strategies to acquire current customers and retain existing ones.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate branch personnel to maintain high morale and peak performance.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the branch's budget, prepare financial statements, track key metrics, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Customer Relations: Build rapport with the community, address escalated customer complaints, and ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to company guidelines, industry regulations, and legal standards
