Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, schools, colleges, and clients to promote our training programs and educational services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and clients through phone calls.
- Explain our courses, training programs, and services clearly.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain daily call records and update the CRM or Excel sheet.
- Schedule appointments for the counseling or sales team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective customers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
