Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English

Role Summary:
The TGT English Teacher is responsible for teaching English language and literature to middle and secondary school students, fostering communication skills, critical thinking, and a love for reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Teach grammar, literature, reading comprehension, writing, and spoken English.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Encourage participation in literary activities such as debates, elocution, drama, and creative writing.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in English.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET qualified (if applicable as per school/board norms).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3-5years of teaching experience preferred.

Job Description – Special Educator

Position: Special Educator

Role Summary:




The Special Educator supports students with special educational needs by designing and implementing individualized learning plans, collaborating with teachers and parents, and promoting inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess students with learning disabilities and special educational needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide remedial and individualized instruction.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Monitor students' progress and maintain records and documentation.
- Conduct screening, assessments, and progress reviews.
- Counsel and guide parents regarding interventions and learning strategies.
- Coordinate with psychologists, therapists, and other professionals when required.
- Promote an inclusive classroom environment and support students' social and emotional development.
- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed. (Special Education) recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Valid RCI registration.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices and learning disabilities.
- Strong communication, empathy, and classroom management skills.
- Experience in a school setting is desirable.

Pay: ₹10,739.87 - ₹33,763.27 per month
