Job Title: Business Development Executive — Digital Marketing (Fixed Salary + High Commission)

About the role
We're a digital marketing agency looking for a hungry salesperson who can bring in clients and get paid properly for it. If you close well, your commission will comfortably beat your fixed salary — that's the point of the structure.

What you'll do

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, walk-ins, and local networking
- Pitch our services — social media management, performance marketing, SEO, web development, video content
- Understand a client's business, propose the right package, and negotiate to close
- Maintain a clean pipeline and follow up until the deal is signed
- Coordinate handover with the delivery team and stay involved for renewals and upsells

Commission structure





- Attractive commission on every client conversion — uncapped
- Percentage of deal value paid on client onboarding, plus a recurring share on retainer renewals
- Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses for exceeding targets
- Top performers realistically earn more from incentives than from fixed pay

What we're looking for

- 0–3 years in sales (digital marketing, media, ad sales, or B2B services is a plus — freshers with real hustle are welcome)
- Strong spoken English and Hindi
- Comfortable with rejection and consistent follow-up
- Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred for client meetings
