Key duties involve diagnosing technical issues, replacing defective parts like filters and membranes, and performing routine cleanings to ensure optimal water quality and system functionality. Beyond technical tasks, the role requires strong customer service skills to explain repairs, demonstrate proper usage, and maintain professional relationships during home visits. Technicians must also manage administrative responsibilities such as documenting service reports, tracking spare parts inventory, renewing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and ensuring timely completion of service calls within company timelines. Typical Job Requirements: Education: Minimum 10th pass,



ITI, or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical fields; freshers are often accepted. Experience: 0–3 years in field service, water purification, or related appliance repair. Skills: Knowledge of plumbing, electrical components, and water treatment processes; ability to read schematics. Logistics: Valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a bike are commonly mandatory for field visits. Soft Skills: Effective communication, grooming standards, and ability to work flexible hours or weekends.

Pay: ₹18,275.67 - ₹39,693.40 per month
